Terms and Conditions / Cancellation Policy


RATES

All rates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The rate of tourism programs is by person, double occupancy, unless different specified conditions. The rates quoted in the list of  hotels are per person. 
 
PROGRAMS

Programs are planned with great care, although, for operational reasons it may be necessary to change the order of activities in the itinerary or the specified route, and though such cases are rare, in general the itinerary should be treated only as a basic guideline.

PLANE TICKETS

The ticket prices are subject to changes without prior notice until they have been issued and do not include costs for payment by credit card. Schedules and flight numbers are subject to change to date by airline travel
 
RESERVATIONS

Can not be considered any reservation, while there is no written confirmation and payment of the agreed traveller by the mediator or any other company in your purchase. Also, in some cases, and even having made the relevant deposit money   you will have to wait for the reconfirmation of the reservation  , because of the country regulatory restrictions or conditions of any service provider.
 
CONTRACTED TOURS

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing and include all pertinent information and will be attended to immediately.
 
TERMS & CONDITIONS CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS INCA TRAIL TREK
 
 If the withdrawal or cancellation of the trek is made 90 or more days before the start of the trek, the penalty shall be 35% of its total value. If the cancellation or termination of the trek is made between 89-40 days before the start of the trek, the penalty shall be 85% of its total value. If the cancellation or termination of the trek is made between 39 days before and even the same first day of the trek, the penalty shall be 100%. If during the completion of the trek and its own decision to abandon the trip the passenger will not be entitled to claim or refund. 

TERMS & CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS  CHOQUEQUIRAO SALCANTAY TREK
 
If the cancellation or termination of the trek is made 30 or more days before the start of the trek, the penalty shall be 25% of its total value. If the cancellation or termination of the trek is made from 16 or more days before the start of the trek, the penalty is 30% of its total value. If the cancellation or termination of the trek is made within 15 days prior to and including the day of commencement of the trek, the penalty shall be 100%. If during the completion of the trek and its own decision to abandon the trip the passenger will not be entitled to claim or refund. 

CONVENTIONAL TOURS
 
If a cancellation is received until and including 30 days before date of arrival in Peru or the beginning of the service, the deposit of the trip is reimbursed 25% for administrative expenses. If a cancellation is received 29-16 days before arrival or beginning of the service, the reimbursement is subject to a penalty of 50% of the total cost. No reimbursement will be made if the cancellation is received less than 15 days before date of arrival or beginning of the service. If a sale of last minute and then request a refund, the penalty will be applied 100% of the total cost. Failure to submit the (the) passenger (s) will lead to total loss of the service is not entitled to a refund. Likewise, the cancellation or withdrawal of services or contracted during the trip, is not entitled to a refund. Some services may be interrupted or may be canceled due to weather conditions, reasons of force majeure, acts of God, riots, or strikes manifestations, etc. Or others beyond the control of the hotels, airlines, service providers or Peru Authentic Travel or its partners. No refund will be made as a result of such interruptions or cancellations beyond our control. 

RESPONSIBILITY
 
In all Peru Authentic Travel arrangements and order acting on behalf of our customers, organizing on behalf of transport, accommodation or other required tourist services, so we assume no liability for accidents, losses, delays or interferences the tour due to force majeure or other events that do not involve our responsibility, especially with regard to programs and schedules. 

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS COUNTRY
 
It is the traveler's responsibility to comply with all visa and health requirements of the country. The Agency is not responsible for any illness, delays or costs arising from default by the traveler from the above requirements. The passenger must carry at all times and identification documents required: visas, permits, health certificates, etc. If there were any concerns we recommend contacting the appropriate consulate
 
IMPORTANT
 
Our Company is not responsible for any illness, disability and / or mental, made that may endanger the health or integrity of any passenger or third parties during the development of the contracted tour or that may imply any limitation or impediment for our company to provide tourism services. Therefore, the Company will NOT recognize any claim or refund for the items mentioned, including cases where under normal conditions no such problem would arise. Request to inform us prior to the hiring of our services there are any restrictions of this nature, in order to recommend services that address those impediments.

LEGAL FRAMEWORK
 .
Both parties agree that this contract may be made in accordance with Peruvian law.
