Pick up at the hotel at 7:00 am, making a 2-hour trip with 30 minutes until you reach the Desaguadero border. Here you fill up a form with your personal information and present your passport and then cross the border, continuing the journey of about 30 Min between Desaguadero and the architectural complex of Tiahuanaco, which we will arrive at 11:30 approx., Will have a time of 30 to 45 min for lunch.
Continuing with the tour, we will visit the Kalasasaya Temple, Semi Underground Temple, Akapana Pyramid, Benett Monolith and Puerta del Sol, at the end of the tour we will leave at 5:00 pm towards Puno arriving at approximately 7:30 am to the city of Puno.
Tiahuanaco was the center of the Tiahuanacota civilization, a pre-Incan culture that covered the territories of the plateau of the Collao, radiating its technological and religious influence towards other civilizations contemporary to it, characterized by its architecture with a relief decoration and incised planes placed on steles; in which you can observe important architectural constructions.

The Pyramid of Akapana with 194 meters in length and 182 of width and a height of 18 meters. It consists of 7 stepped terraces.
Puerta del Sol is the most famous monument of Tiahuanaco, it is carved in a single block which weighs 10 tons.
Monolith Benett is the largest monument we can find in the complex; Measures an average of 7 meters with a weight of 20 tonnes.
