DAY 01 CUSCO – BIKING – SANTA MARIA PISPITAYOC (OPTIONAL RAFTING)

Let’s start the tour with a transfer from your hotel at 5:30 am. Then start our trip with a journey time of 3 hours approx. Passing through places with beautiful and enchanting landscapes along the Sacred Valley being our first stop in the living Inca town of Ollantaytambo where we will have a time slot for breakfast (this food is not included and is optional). Then continue the trip to Cordillera Vilcanota thus reaching our highest point "ABRA MALAGA” with 4316mts becomes the venue for the start of the downhill bike approx. 3 hours going that way for different ecosystems that characterize the Andes and the jungle. This activity ends in the village of HUAMANMARKA where we will taste a lunch buffet. The trip continues to Santa Maria where there is the possibility that participants may opt for alternative 2hrs rafting on the Urubamba River and by 1200mts. In the valley called as tunkimayo. Finally being driven to the sector where cocalpampa have to climb so only 1 / 2hr to reach the community PISPITAYOC (1530msnm). Where the local family waiting for us to integrate it tonight.

DAY 02 PISPITAYOC – Thermal Baths – SANTA TERESA -TREKING.-

We begin our day at 7:00 am to enjoy a good breakfast prepared by the family. Start climbing for half an hour, reaching an altitude of 1720 meters, that day can enjoy the wildlife and native plants that are in this area, such as coffee plantations, fruit trees such as mangoes, oranges, bananas, avocado , papaya, etc.
Upon reaching the top we see the valley of the Urubamba river during the walk there is an original stretch of the mighty Inca Trail. Continuing the walk, we reach the Quellomayo village where we have lunch followed by a refreshing nap. We will continue the walk to the soothing warm waters of Cocalmayo and enjoy a swim. Finally we continue walking for 30 minutes to the town of Santa Teresa, where we will spend our second night in a shelter (housing services).

DAY 03 SANTA TERESA – HYDROELECTRIC Aguas Calientes (tiroleza) .-

The third day starts at 6:30 am with a typical breakfast in Santa Teresa and then practice Tyrolean zip line. (This activity is additional and optional) This day is characterized by its pleasant climate is tropical. After the adventure activity our transportation will take us from Santa Teresa to the hydroelectric plant, whose role is also that of being a checkpoint. Very close to this place there is a sacred Inca ceremonial site or Intihuatana waiting for us finally conclude the last stage of walk in the town of Aguas Calientes where we will go immediately to our lodging to rest and spend the night in comfortable beds. At sunset share a farewell dinner with the guide at which they report on plans for the next day.

DAY 04MACHU PICCHU – CUSCO
 
We start very early, at 4:00 am, to begin the trek to Machu Picchu to see the sunrise on top of it. This stretch will take us about an hour and 45 minutes to reach the top. After enjoying this magical moment our guide give them a guided tour of approx. 2 hours to enlighten especially the rich history of ancient ruins around us. After the guided tour, you will have free time to explore the citadel on your own where you can choose whether you want the viewpoint of Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain (both places must be booked in advance in addition to an extra cost). The return to Huayna Picchu is walking and it takes about half an hour and of course worth doing for the magnificent views from the top. The citadel closes at 5:30 pm at which time must return to Aguas Calientes and take the train back to Ollantaytambo and then by bus to Cusco. There is also the option of staying an extra night in Aguas Calientes, which allows you more time in Machu Pichu.
